Data processors, managers and location of data processing

The data is processed by employees, collaborators or persons appointed for the data processing by the Data Controller. Any third parties to whom the data have been disclosed to perform the processing operations connected to the purposes specified in this policy shall be designated beforehand by the Controller as data processors pursuant to article 29 of the Personal Data Protection Code. The data will not be communicated. All data collected will be processed at the head office of the Data Controller.

Navigation data

The computer systems and software procedures used to run this website may acquire, during their normal operation, some personal data whose transmission is implicit in the use of internet communication protocols.

This information is not collected to be associated with identified data subjects, but by their very nature could, through processing and association with data held by third parties, be used to identify users.

This category of data includes IP addresses or domain names of computers used by users connecting to the site, URIs (Uniform Resource Identifier) of requested resources, time of request, method used to submit the request to the server, size of the file obtained in reply, numerical code indicating the status of the reply given by the server (successful, error, etc.) and other parameters regarding the user’s operating system and computer environment.

These data are used solely for obtaining anonymous statistical information on site usage and for checking its correct functioning and are deleted immediately after processing. The data could be used to ascertain responsibility in case of hypothetical computer crimes against the site, except for this possibility, the data on web contacts do not persist for more than seven days.

Data provided voluntarily by the user

The optional, explicit and voluntary, sending of emails to the addresses indicated on this site via contact forms or subscription to the newsletter, involves the subsequent acquisition of the sender’s email address which is necessary to meet the requests or to provide the requested services, as well as any other personal data included in the communication.

Cookies

Cookies are small text files that are sent to and stored on the user’s terminal equipment by the sites visited. They are then re-transmitted to the same sites on subsequent visits.

The Site uses technical cookies to store the navigation preferences and to improve user experience of the website. This category may include cookies that manage authentications or user settings.

The Site also uses third party cookies, technical cookies, analytical cookies or profiling cookies, which have the following purposes:

Optional nature of data provision

Apart from what is specified for navigation data, the transfer of data through forms and email addresses present on the Site or through communications transmitted voluntarily by the User, is always optional. Nevertheless, the failure to provide the data marked as mandatory in the contact forms, may make it impossible to provide the service requested by the User.

Method of processing

Personal data are processed with automated tools for the time strictly necessary to achieve the purposes for which they were collected in accordance with art. 11, letter e) of the Privacy Code. The Data Controller shall take all the security measures provided by the Privacy Code to protect the data collected, in order to avoid the risks of data loss or theft, unauthorised access, misuse and incorrect use.

Rights of data subject

Users may, at any time, exercise their rights under art. 7 of the Privacy Code, in order to obtain confirmation that their personal data exists and to know the source of the data, check its accuracy or request its integration or updating, or correction. In accordance with this provision, the User may also request cancellation, transformation into anonymous form or blocking of data processed in violation of the law, and oppose in any case their processing for legitimate reasons. Requests should be addressed to the Data Controller.

The Privacy Policy of this Site may be subject to updates. Users are therefore advised to periodically check the contents.
